*The Specifics

This warm, down-to-earth mom is searching for a loving, dependable nannyto care for her sweet daughter, G (8 months), and become an important part of their everyday lives.

G (8months) is a happy, easygoing baby who smiles at everyone she meets and loves engaging with the people around her. As a first-time mom, she is hoping to find an experienced nanny who understands infant development and can confidently encourage age-appropriate milestones through play, reading, music, sensory activities, tummy time, and plenty of one-on-one interaction. More than anything, she wants someone who will provide a safe, nurturing, and loving environment where G (8months) can continue to thrive.

This position guarantees a minimum of 32 hours per week, with most weeks closer to 40 hours. The schedule will always fall between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, but flexibility is important as parenting time with G’s other parent occasionally changes throughout the week. The family will provide as much notice as possible whenever adjustments are needed.

Mom works from home and she is looking for someone who is professional, empathetic, reliable, and confident enough to take initiative without needing constant direction.

The primary focus of this role is providing exceptional care for G (8months), but when time allows, the nanny will also assist with light tasks to help the household run smoothly. Duties may include baby laundry, grocery shopping, running light errands, and organizing baby supplies. The family also has an affectionate 11-year-old Yorkie-Poodle who may need fresh food and water each day.

The family would love a nanny who enjoys getting out of the house and is comfortable taking G(8months) on walks, to story time, parks, and other age-appropriate outings. There may also be occasional transportation of G (8months) to her father’s home just across the street.

If you’re searching for a position where you’ll feel appreciated, trusted, and truly become part of a family’s support system, this is a wonderful opportunity to make a meaningful impact during one little girl’s most important developmental years.
